Accurate records for your facility and residents are always available
Skilled Care Pharmacy utilizes an advanced health information management system to keep track of all the information pertinent to the pharmaceutical needs of each resident and facility. The system is updated on a daily basis and is accessible by our Health Information Services department or by your own customer service representative.
Every month, the Health Information Services department automatically generates a custom-designed set of medical records for each resident within each of the facilities we serve, including changes and ancillary orders. Special reports on laboratory, diet and antibiotic usage are also forwarded to each facility for their monthly review.
As support for your quality assurance program, we also produce drug specific medication management reports upon request to assist with your medication monitoring efforts. Any special requests or questions are expertly managed by your designated representative, who is familiar with your facility and your needs.
