Larry’s respect for the elderly and extremely generous nature—learned growing up in a large, close Italian family--knows no bounds. One example is the artwork on our walls, where we proudly display a large and unique collection throughout the hallways of our office. Each year, Leading Age Ohio offers an Art and Writing Show, which highlights exquisite works created by residents in long-term care facilities throughout the state. Larry has sponsored the Show and personally purchased pieces, building a wonderful collection, supporting residents, and deepening our relationships with those we serve.

Chief Executive Officer


Joe finds it a privilege to help The Greatest Generation live out their final years in comfort. “We truly want to do a great job for them,” he says. “Anything we can do with our services to meet that goal is what we will do.” 


He truly goes above and beyond. Once Joe was talking at length with a customer, working on a problem, when the customer realized Joe was taking the calls and answering emails while on vacation…in Hawaii!

JEFF SAGRAVES

Chief Strategy Officer


Jeff is a servant leader who embodies the culture of care in everything he does. He joined the Skilled Care team in 2004 and currently leads Finance and Strategy. He also oversees pharmaceutical purchasing and contracting. 


Often the face of the organization when building new relationships, he enjoys seeing potential customers as they discover that they can get the comprehensive service and pricing of much larger pharmacies with our relationship approach.

ANGELA SAGRAVES

Chief Operating Officer


Angela has been in long-term care pharmacy since 1993, when she started with Skilled Care as a pharmacy intern. After working ten years at another regional long-term care pharmacy, and a year in the retail sector, she returned to Skilled Care in a leadership role in 2007. Her passion for serving the elderly is what drew her back into the long-term care setting. 


Angela oversees all dispensing and regulatory departments, as well as our external support team. Her commitment to our culture of care is especially evident in her sales work and new customer onboarding. While in the nursing facilities, she is frequently seen conversing with the residents and learning about their life story.
